Our work
For the first time, Ukrainian professional choreographers are opening children’s dance groups in Copenhagen under the name “NGD” – “New generation Dance”! The groups will cater to ages 5-7, 8-11, and 12-15.
If you want to participate in creative shows, and get acquainted with exciting competitions, take part in dance videos and photo sessions.

As a coordinator in MentorNet Roskilde (part of the Danish Refugee Council/DRC), I have known Svitlana for a year. When I first saw her perform with a group of Ukrainian children from the former Sct Hans Hospital, I recognized a great potential worth supporting.
The children, who were initially shy and affected by fleeing a war-torn country, have found energy and joy in hip hop dance. Svitlana, an excellent dancer and teacher, trains 5 groups twice a week, including children at Sct Hans, Hedehusene School, and Ukrainian schools in Copenhagen and Hvidovre.
Svitlana's warm presence helps her connect with the children, providing support and comfort. She manages costumes, parent communication, and ensures attendance. Her efforts, including sharing photos with parents, have helped the children gain confidence and vitality, crucial for their development.

I am deeply impressed by her work with the children and the fantastic performances she delivers. She is highly skilled and has a very engaged and positive approach to dance and the children. You can feel how her great interest and high expectations make the children happy and secure, encouraging them to do their best.
